Refund Policy

If StudyChat Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@studychat.bot from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include your license key or order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The pass is deactivated on all devices once the refund is processed.

After 7 days

Passes are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew, so we don't normally refund after 7 days. If something went wrong on our side, such as the service being unavailable for a long time, contact us and we'll make it right.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
